Arrest, Baton & Handcuffing Class

Best techniques, tactics and procedures for safely and securely detaining, arresting, handcuffing and searching suspects. Covers both active and passive resistance, standing, 
kneeling, prone, pain and mechanical compliance, laws of arrest, and use of expandable baton not as a club but as a discreet, less than lethal, de-escalation option. Cuffs, cuff key, cuff case, belt for cuff case and baton required or rent-able ($20 per item).
Students are taught handcuffing and baton (asp) techniques to exceed AZ Post Standards.
