SUMMARY:Advanced Handgun
DESCRIPTION:Advanced Handgun: For the handgun operator solidly grounded in the fundamentals and ready to move to the next level. Review of Intermediate Handgun techniques are followed by close quarter shooting\, long range shooting\, wounded fire\, star fire\, changing hands\, weak hand\, and cross step. \nReal world but rarely considered crisis scenarios such as shooting while shielding an infant are typical of this course. Also covered are low and high close ready\, extreme close and far shoot techniques\, skipping fire\, wounded fire\, wounded weak hand malfunction reload drills\, as well as backup pistol strategies and techniques. \nAdvanced light\, red dot and reload options are included. Time and student skill sets permitting\, unique and changeling two gun employment techniques are included. Approximately 400 rounds will be fired in this course. \nPrerequisites: Intermediate handgun skills. \n
